The Fox Hunt
The Fox Hunt by author Caitlyn Breeze, which will be published in 2026 by Little Brown in the United States and by Harper-Collins in the United Kingdom, licensed our heraldic medieval fox design from our Five Point Press collection. This was one of our most popular tattoo flash designs at the time (a fair few people have this as a tattoo in various adaptations).
The art department used the illustration with a metallic embossed effect for both the UK and US versions. This gave a wonderful rich finish and tied together both covers visually, which was important for international recognition of the authors first publication.
Both the UK and US art teams were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic, respectful job with one of our favourite designs.
The Fox was part of a series of designs originally for etching prints, now available to license as stand alone images (the Fox is permanently licenced for Book Covers in UK and US). The Harpy, Pixie and Giant Spider are available at time of writing.
